Kathy Reiffenstein is the founder and president of And…Now Presenting!, a D.C. area communications training firm. With over 20 years of experience, she draws on her background in sales, marketing and customer service to create confident, persuasive speakers. She works with business executives, authors, non-profit leaders and the military to help them speak clearly, effectively and engagingly to their audiences.
Before moving to D.C., Kathy was a principal at On Track, a sales and teamwork training company specializing in experiential learning programs. Here she helped companies such as Accenture, Microsoft and Alaska Airlines improve communications and build more productive teams. Prior to founding On Track, Kathy worked for large corporations in the financial services and telecommunications industries where she designed, developed and delivered sales, teamwork, product knowledge and presentation skills training. As Director of Sales for a leading financial institution, she spearheaded the creation and implementation of a sales culture throughout the national branch network.
A graduate of Cornell University, Kathy is an active volunteer. She is a University of California trained Master Gardener, has contributed to the anthology, Bay Area Gardening, and is a docent at the US Botanic Garden. She is a Past President of the DC Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
